研究概要

連合学習に伴う記憶が、大脳皮質においてどのように記録・保持されるのか、また、一度皮質に書き込まれた記憶が想起される際、皮質の中で時空間的にどのように表現されるのか明らかにすることを目標としている。具体的には、モルモット/ラットに音と電気刺激による連合学習を施し、学習により聴覚野に生じる可塑的な変化を光計測法で調べる研究を行っている。
