Joint Tamagawa University / Caltech Lecture-course on EMOTION
February 18-20, 2009, Caltech

The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of approaches to studying and
understanding emotion in humans and other animals. Topics will include animal
emotion, human emotion, emotion communication through faces, and how emotion
influences social behavior and decision-making. Each two-hour lecture will provide a
broad foundation and also discuss some recent findings, and include time for
discussion and questions.
